●  研究兴趣、领域:


自人类基因组测序完成以来,我们对基因组“读”的能力不断提升。然而,如何将海量基因组信息与人类疾病之间的相关性转化为因果性认识,并进一步发展精准治疗策略,仍是生命科学面临的重要挑战。

本实验室致力于开发新一代哺乳动物基因组编写与编辑技术,构建新型动物和细胞模型,重点解析基因组中大尺度调控元件及复杂基因组区域的功能。我们希望在更接近生理状态的模型中揭示人类疾病发生发展的分子机制,为疾病治疗提供新的理论基础和干预策略。
